Try a local company that sells and leases office furniture; they often
have nice showrooms where you can fake up a convincing lounge. Train
and bus stations often have seating areas similar to those at an
airport. So do large university campuses. Or you could pretend to be
a tourist, take some digital snaps of a real lounge, then use them in a
chromakey setup, but these are hard to do without making the result
look fake. They always look better if you add real life props in the
foreground and middle ground.

One of the hospital rehab centers in my area has a whole floor of one
building converted into small "sets" that simulate many common
household and public environments. They use it for training patients
coming out of surgery how to get around after their knee replacement,
prosthetics, whatever.

There's a fake bank lobby with teller windows, an actual city bus
(cutaway), a car, a malt shop/diner, a barn with machine shop and
tractor, a post office, a grocery, and a curving boardwalk with park
benches and fake storefront windows... a whole day's worth of town
errands in one place. Some of the sets are realistic enough to use for
taping in, and I actually got approval at one time from the hospital to
get free access there in the off-hours when patiens were asleep. great
for tight schedules: move the tripod ten feet, bang, new location.

Perhaps you may have something like that in your area that you never
considered for video use before.
