The Pie patch is newer

Winmx group :: installer containing both winmx 3.53 and 3.54B (final
releases before the lawyers stepped in) and installs appropriate for your
OS, and patch version 2.2, or manual install of patch 2.2
Pie patch, :: Installer containing just the patch version 3.1, or manual
install of patch 3.1
