Rather than drop the mp3 files directly into Nero and let Nero convert the
files. Just convert the mp3 files to wave files before hand then you can
burn them as standard cd audio files with a 0 second pause between the
tracks as well as adding cd text as desired before burning. And there should
be no problems anymore.

I found that sometimes when nero is converting mp3 to audio on the fly it
would do the same thing for me.
