I'll stick to the good ol' USA, thank you.

If I ever had a kid, I wouldn't want some stupid kid act to result in
his or her maiming, and ALL kids have "stupid kid acts" in their
history. To say you do not makes you a liar of a worser caliber.
And we wont even mention mutilations of women.
