A common problem,
Try running up a mountian carrying an SUV on your back whilst pulling a
steam locomotive, this should produce a very good
C3H6O3.

Don't forget that the rate of removal is governed by a number of factors
including: monocarboxylate transporters, concentration and isoform of LDH
and oxidative capacity of tissues.
