Which will end up being, you can use Fairplay, but you can't be
interoperable with iTMS, iTunes sofware, or the iPod.

Yep, PortalPlayer, which they might be dumping for Samsung, depending on
who you read. My understanding is they are only going to dump PP chips on
Flash players, but keep PP chips for HDD based players.
