I'm trying to work out if it's possible to have a PMT to refer to
another PMT to pick up it's video/audio/data components from.
I know that it's possible for a PMT to refer to another services
audio/video/data pids directly, but I need to use the PMT as a pointer
to another PMT. It's all to do with referencing the correct PCR when a
video service is dropped.
