If you can read it in Word then there is something wrong with the
display. Do you set your language settings to Chinese, and are you
using XP ? -
Control panel > Regional and Language Options
What is the one that is not displaying the words properly? You are
not talking about webbrowser are you?
I think there are other software apart NJStar, some of them free, but
I can't remember what they are off hand. Googling a bit turn up

but I don't know really know if this is what you want, and it is not
the ones I have in mind. Need to have a look later.
