Actually it will pick up the name that it first attaches to when a
resume starts - they might see that a partial of theirs is a fake.
I agree my suggestion is not perfect though. However, I don't really
think that not sharing it will help either - in that case a person will
either get it from another source, or will be left with an incomplete
for ever.
The advantage of many sources for a big file is considerable - I know
that I have profited well from others sharing incompletes.
