Did he say it was free - only that the downloads were unlimited. I
think that that's a reasonable service. Except that the URL says
nothing about why we should think it's any more legal than dowloading
from P2P. I'm sure that the guys who run AllOfMP3.com also say that
they're offering legal downloads - and they are, because the Russian
government gets a license fee and therefore writes a loophole that
allows that sort of thing. The site really says nothing about it
before asking for your payment info, so it's safe to say that this is
another version of allofmp3 - asking you to pay for what you could
pirate for free and no more as legal.
