Hey, all.

I have a Pioneer DV588A-S, which I got because I wanted compatibility.

It plays everything, including XVid/DIVX with subs, and all that.

I was going to recommend this player to a friend, but thought I'd see
if there were any other 'obvious' choices out there. (opinions welcome)

Was it dvdhelp.com that had all those user rating charts? Can't seem to
find the site I used before to check all the compatibility bits...
