Yes, I am. Unless we're in the business, we really don't know every aspect
of what's involved with their business model. It's likely far more
complicated than you think.

Yes, but that doesn't mean they will both be checked in at the same time
(they really don't have to state that). The envelopes are intended to go to
a certain place. So it's reasonable to assume they have a "two in an
envelope.... ok, fine, but let's see where it truly belongs" policy. In
fact, keeping track of inventory would almost demand that they did.
