Hello,

I need to get a low (eg 2 to 3 inches off the ground) shot of someone
walking. In other words, all I want in the frame is their feet, up to
about their lower calf. The shot needs to be perpendicular to their
direction of motion. The shot will be about five seconds long.

What's the best (cheap) way of getting such a shot while keeping the
camera smooth?
