I recently observed a leech re-queuing files after I had placed
them on the Ignore list. Their username (chanmar36453_63339) had
not changed, indicating that they did not try to reconnect with
different numbers following the name.

As Leechammer used the Ignore function and seemed to be effective,
I did not look for re-queuing activity before. Did the Ignore
function allow re-queuing before? As Leechammer cancelled the
requests, was this activity just hidden?

If anyone else has similar observations or suggestions, please let
me know.
