According to amazon.com:

Battlestar Galactica - Season 2.0 (2005)
Availability: This title will be released on December 20, 2005.

But that release is only the first half of Season 2.

This disc includes the following episodes: "33," "Water," "Bastille
Day" and "Act of Contrition."

I had it in my queue before it was released - in the Saved section.
That was 3 months ago. Only recently did it change from "Very Long
Wait" to "Long Wait" in my queue.

If it shows as available "Now" in your queue, then there is something
really screwed up.
