DV, DVCAM, DVCpro etc. are what they are regardless
of what any of us "believe".

The fact that you can see dropout errors ("pixelation")
means that they can be recorded during dubbing, even
digital dubbing. That amounts to "generation loss" in
my book regardless of what Adobe says. Dunno what
makes Adobe any kind of authoritative expert on DV,
anyway? Mr. PTravel is free to believe whatever he
wishes and I'm comfortable with that.
