Folsom's ImagePro-HD. They can be rented from any decent Audio-Visual
rental house.
It will not "copy" the computer video, but will convert it to any
recordable format you want. No DV, Firewire, etc., however. Uncompressed
SDI and HD-SDI otputs are available.

It's not easy to set up because of the hundreds of available settings in
the menus. You'll need a bit of training...
