How's this for amazing stupidity... this is a comment someone left at the
above site:

So - they placed an order in January, still hadn't received it by
April... but because of the "great price" placed *another* order there
despite no delivery of their previous order AND no replies to their emails!
I find it difficult to have much sympathy for people like the above. How
can anyone protect fools like these, and should they be protected? What's
wrong with them??
