I totally screwed up this post. I shot the video with a Canon Elura
100 on mini-DV tape. I think I used the generic capture settings. As
I recall now, I did not have this problem with the Sony D8. Anyway, in
project settings it shows "unknown" for the clip field settings and
LFF for the capture and project settings.
I read the Help for field options and it said to set to "no fields" in
the export settings since I am viewing the bitmaps on a computer
monitor. I tried reversing field dominance in the timeline, but I get
the same effect.
