I have been following these NF threads for a while now and they all
have the characteristic of being anecdotal. Each story is somewhat
different from all the rest.

I believe that's because the problems most people experience are
regional. Also, we do not know the impact of WalMart customers who
were sent to NF. That had to cause a big disruption. In fact it was
right about that time that NF began having problems nationwide.

Your disc got lost because some cretin lost it. Shit happens, Report
it as soon as you can and they will send you another one.
