Let the page load, then click on First Class Mail under discount
rates - letters. Any person claiming a discount can reach 50%
is either not a postal employee, or shouldn't be working there.

If you are a masochist, we can discuss the volume and preparation
requirements necessary to qualify for the quoted rates, or the rate
I quoted for BRM.
