There is no 'best' 16x media to suit your burner as far as I am concerned,
they all work. It you have media that works in not only your burner, but
in all other drives and DVD players you use, then use that. The only issue
might be longevity, but that's a whole other issue.
But, for the record I've been mostly using 'LG' brand 16X media for the
past 6 months or so, it seems to be perfectly fine... never had a failure
even after 600 or so of these discs, and no issues yet in a large range of
standalone players. Lately they've been selling for $18 per spindle of 50
at the local comp fairs, so one can't really argue with that.
