I need help understanding the Lyngsat listing. I have a Fortec "Lifetime
Ultra" model.
For example, choose "Galaxy 1R" at 133.0 W on www.lyngsat.com .
The listing shows the California Channel at 3745 H, and I can get that just
fine.
But consider 3820 V. It shows three things, "TV Guide", "TV Guide East",
and "TV Guide West". The first of these three lists encryption as
"Digicipher 2", which means I can't expect to tune that without a
subscription. However, the East and West listing have an "F" beside them,
which I thought meant "Free". Same thing on 4140 V.
I don't fully understand the way each transponder shows multiple programs.
Or the role of the "SID-VPID". Similary, I don't understand the audio
column. Sometimes the channels I tune have audio, sometimes not.
