Well there's another thing that happens when you start drifting lower and
lower in the gear aquarium. At some point, relative to the real pro gear,
your talking about comparing two different pieces of shit.

Peter hasn't sent me an NT3 yet. As Bill said, it could be better. I know
that the 300 isn't winning any awards, but is selling to people who whine
about not having enough money to buy real gear.

The companies have learned there's a price at which people will buy things.
They figure out how to make something at a certain price so they can make a
living.
