They're all in pretty good condtion, although most sites are--
Blockbuster has the more nightmarish reputation by themselves.
With Netflix, flat envelopes reduce the likelihood of rolling or getting
scratched around in a broken case, and there's a bigger national stock
to pick replacements from from if you *do* have to send back a rental.
....After that, you have only other renters to trust.
