Funny, though... some people get the two confused.
Just as 'usenet', the 'w.w.web', 'chat rooms', 'boards' <a la 'bulletin'>,
and any 'electronic forum' get thrown into the big pot of "computing" terms
and emerge as some singular entity... not everyone is able to discern the
subtle differences inherent to them, or this maddening medium.
And therein lies the basic problem...
