I would have thought that too, but the only way i could see to start a claim
is if you are the person recieving the item. I didn't look too hard though
and may be wrong

I know, no one ever does it. But, if you don't you are stuffed.
I can't remember but I think (and again i could be wrong) that you don't
sign with standard parcels.
