1. You can record your voice with any *wave* editor or recorder as well as
other programs. That wave may then be encoded to MP3 either simultaneously
with the recording or later, depending on the program with which you record.
You can record/encode with CDex as someone mentioned.

2. All the files you put on the CD (a data CD) will have to be prefixed with
a number so that they will sort in the desired order. You have to use as
many numeric places as their are files; i.e., if you have less than 100
files on the CD use at least two places...01...02...29...40...etc. If there
are more than 99 you have to use at least three
places...001...002...029...110...etc.
