I looked in the Pansat 2700 Manual, and it has on back panel
connections for "Manual Polarizer", showing +5V, a square wave symbol,
and ground. Would that be the same as the servo on an old Analogue
receiver like my Uniden Supra? If that's the case, then I would just
have to use the Supra to position the dish, then could use the 2700
to scan the satellite. As you say, a multipole relay could switch the
servo to prevent interference between Supra and 2700, does that
sound right to you?

Thanks for your help, I didn't know that the 2700 had a servo output,
DUHHHHHH.....

Lets say it would work, to program the 2700 I guess you would use
the Smart Scan first for C-Band channels, then switching inputs with
Diseq switch to KU, do another Smart Scan using KU input, is that
correct? It sure would take all the work out of fooling with manually
programming polarity and all that....

Thanks again

Jim
