I currently have a Samsung DVD-V2000 combo which has been
just great. Now I want one with HDMI and am not interested in
DVD recording. Just playback. I was thinking about the new Samsung
DVD-V9650, but the reviews I can find on the unit claim it is junk.

I never did look for reviews on the DVD-V2000 and it is fine so
I am tempted to take a chance on the DVD-V9650. But I thought
I would check here first to see if anyone will tell me that would
be a horrible mistake. Or better yet suggest *THE* unit to get.
