Had another thing recently like this. Contact paypal and raise a
grievance / dispute against him. Faulty goods. No more faffing about and
don't contact him. I recently sold a lens to someone and they complained
it had a small fault with it, but Paypal told him he must obtain
independent professional invoices for repair work beforeme refunding.
Needless to say, no more said.
