I think it depends where you live to which is best/cheapest. I think
in the USA it's Epson and in the UK it's Canon.
The Canons start somewhere around 85 with the Pixma IP4200 (You can
buy it in america but the cd print has been disabled so you have to
fix it up to print to cd)
The epsons I can't vouch for but there's one called
Epson Stylus Photo R220 Printer so you know what to look for.
This is a question might be easier answered and more thoroughly
(including guidelines for making those Canons work in the USA) in this
printer newsgroup
comp.periphs.printers
but remember to let them know which country you're in so they can
point you to the quickest and easiest answer.
