This is unacceptable, stupid, uprofessional and rude behaviour.
I have recently attended a wedding in Fair Lawn, NJ and these guys
http://www.dgphotostudio.com had a totally different approach. They
were funny, made everyone a part of the show, even the priest commented
on how nicely they worked. I looked at the pictures that they produced
from the wedding and the video and still all the moments are in place,
look perfectly natural and often funny.
So either the guys you've witnessed are snobs or some unprofessional
bunch of idiots who spoiled your friend's wedding.
