I was gonna say, it was never a first class stamp to post a DVD was it? I
suppose you could always have stuck a stamp on it and put it into the post
box, i always used to take it to the counter where they weighed it and
usually charged about 55p or something.

A DVD in a jiffy bag will be thicker than 5mm so it will be above the
cheapest first class post anyway.
