I think he gets it but doesn't consider his time etc to be costs.
It's up to him whether he blocks leeches or not.
Personally, I always did but not in an attempt to punish or educate
leeches, just to help those who share get more files by finding a
shorter queue for mine.

These days I haven't really noticed much leech activity. They used to be
about 25% of users according to LH, but I don't run anti-leech software
recently. I think those left on the network tend to be a bit more
dedicated to the ethos than those who found they couldn't connect one
day and gave up.

I will run LH for a bit and see what % are leeching from me now. I will
post my results to this group.
