Yes, I had something similar, too. Two returns to the "service" center,
and it still would not do what it was supposed to. Again, call the help
line, demand to speak to a supervisor, and press the case that this has
been back and forth, etc. Get him/her to offer you an exchange unit for
the one you have. As I say, I got one that had been refurbished, and it
has worked fine ever since (touch wood).
When these work they are great, if a little complicated.
