You need to filter it, the posting gypo/pikey is using Yahoo accounts to
spam and it's virtually pointless trying to get their account taken
away, so you just need to figure out what sort of killfile Outlook
Express has.

At this point people would usually jump in and tell you to get a real
news reader program, and then OE users would fight back by saying, no
you just need this bolt-on...etc, but to be honest most people have
alreay blocked this tosspot and I'm not sure how many other replies
you'll get.
