I hope someone can help with a suggestion here... I have mp3 file that I
want to play faster than it's original recorded speed...

I know I can do this by changing the play speed in some media players,
but I want to edit, copy and re-encode, something so that the song
ALWAYS plays at the faster speed no matter where or what I play it on.

Anyone?
