Hai Nisko
To place your voice on the top of the mp3 sound you have to opt the option
Paste-Mix command instead of Paste-Insert. Because when you use paste-insert
command you will get your voice and mp3 sounds separately one by one whereas
while using paste-mix command both your voice and mp3 sounds will be mixed
together and play at the same time.
