What is says is extremely clear. NOTHING will be allowed as carry-on except
for your passport, credit cards, essential medicine. NO bags, just a wallet.
NOTHING electronic, other than perhaps your heart's pacemaker.
All the usually allowed carry-on stuff goes in the hold with your other
checked baggage.
