Sometimes the cache you're in doesn't have a good group of files of a certain
type. For instance, I've found that boxing videos - especially the classics
(Foreman, Ali, Frazier, Sugar Ray, etc) - are better found using South America
as the preferred. And some Punk music is better found using Europe. I looked for
a long time for the song "Pineapple" by Sparks - until I learned about the peer
caches. Once I switched from N. America to Europe, I got it in about a
half-hour.
