It is either Justice at the end of a gun barrel or thuggary and
injustice at the end of a gun barrel. Justice must be enforced to exist.

There is no guarantee whatsoever that the Texas Rangers will remain
virtuous and loyal to Common Law. No guarantee whatsoever. The only
thing that even ressembles an assurance is keeping the government small
and the people armed.
