Perhaps a better and quicker way of wording would be 16:9 v letterbox? : )

Thanks for that. Good to know I won't have to sit through letterboxed
material.

Pity that. At least Aussie Channel 9 get it right in highlights of Ashes
2003 at Sydney in their production of "Steve Waugh - A Perfect Day".
