you cant do it in winamp
but...

-Open Notepad

-Type:
(dir "F:\Music\" /b /s *.mp3 > "F:\MyPlaylist.m3u")

*everything in the brackets but not the brackets*

on the first line, where "F:\Music" is your specified folder and
"F:\MyPlaylist.m3u" is your playlist.

-File > Save As...
-'Save As Type: All Files'
-name it playlist.bat
-place the bat file in your music directory and run it to generate a new
playlist for the specified directory
