This thread certainly went a bit off-topic :-)

Well, after the first scare the rules are set, and the world moves at
normal speed again. You can still carry your electronics, but need to pack
them separate so they can be scanned separate (apparently common already in
the USA). The new thing is no more liquids, gels, etc etc. This will be
confiscated at the security-check, and for flights into the USA or England,
there will be a second check at the gate, and everything you buy inside,
will be confiscated as well. More info at:
