Most video editing programs will let you do a crop on the data. So you
can cut a 4 x 3 slice out of the letterboxed area and expand it to full
screen. However, the problem will be that you may need to do "pan and
scan" rather than just cut a piece out of the middle.What if the main
action moves off to the side? Try it and see how it looks.
