Despite Buffet's position ( _IF_ he does in fact oppose this), this is one
of those issues where one's "position" is - - by and large - - determined
by his/her pocketbook : Those with the money want to keep it, those without
it want the government to sieze it.

It's a clasic liberal/conservative argement : Those liberals without it
want to liberate the cash, those conservatives with it want to conserve it.
