It was up again this morning but still a terrible picture, freezing and
pixelated on the Vietnamese channel we watch. Its been this way for four or
five days now, sometimes no signal at all, lousy picture on all channels on
this transponder if and when there is one. I don't think there is anything
wrong with my set-up because other transponders are coming in just fine.
I'll just wait and see if it improves over the next few days.
