I think you'd be better off not mentioning who your "suspects" are... just
post the reward for information leading to the return of the bike.
Otherwise the evidence will be seen as tarnished as "giving what you want to
hear in order to get money" rather than "giving unbiased info" ...for a cash
reward or not.
