I though the term "Fair Use Policy" was self explanitory, same as some
broadband companies have on their "uncapped" services.

Eat as much as you like ...within these boundaries!

He did say FUP and "Fair Use Policy" in full in his OP so I'd cut him
some slack on that.
Personally I didn't need to know what the Love Film FU policy clause
said as it is irrelevant to the OP. As the question was "have they have
scrapped it or haven't they?"
